The Department of Clinical Psychology is a team of experienced professionals working within the hospital to help people manage their physical and emotional health care and achieve the best possible quality of life. We provide psychological assessments, advice, and support to patients, their families, and staff. Our team has expertise in physical health, injury, and disability, and a strong understanding of the links and impact between physical and emotional health. Our staff are trained in a range of evidence-based psychological approaches to help with difficulties such as post-traumatic stress disorder, low mood, anxiety, sleep, adjustment, body image, and intellectual functioning.

By car: Enter hospital site at Entrance A. Park in park 8. Once parked, follow signs to Sarum Entrance. Turn left, after the tennis court and continue up the ramp past Gynaecology Outpatients Department. Clinical Psychology is located at the top, on the right, just past the Neonatal Unit.
By bus: Alight at The Green (first stop). Enter hospital via The Green Entrance and turn right, take the first corridor immediately on your left (following signs to Neonatal Unit) at the double doors, turn right outside and Clinical Psychology is at the end of the pathway on the left.
